Refund and cancellation requests are reviewed against order status, product condition, and support verification.
Eligibility
We accommodate order changes wherever possible according to standard dispatch rules.
- Cancellation is generally allowed before dispatch or installation scheduling.
- Damaged or incorrect item cases should be reported with evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
- Refund approvals are processed to the original payment method after verification.
Non-Refundable Cases
Unfortunately, certain technical and custom deployments cannot be reversed once initiated.
- Custom enterprise deployments after implementation start.
- Misuse, physical tampering, or unauthorized hardware modification.
